DAMSON the Bunny

Bold but happy, Damson pops up to play whenever he’s needed. He’s sociable and affectionate and surprisingly intelligent.

A traditional British wild rabbit, just like his namesake he loves playing all over the woodland floor.

BRAMBLE the Mouse

She may be small but her big ears and eyes make her an all-knowing sort-of mouse.  She lives in the treetops keeping an eye on the woodland and is a descendent from the greats.

She’s usually a bit drowsy but don’t let her sleepy nature deceive you. She’s one smart tough little mouse.

BAOBOB the Elephant

A playful but principled little chap he has a strong bond with his Nettlefold friends.  He is loyal and intelligent but loves to play.

Influenced by the African elephant, like his namesake he’s an icon of the African bush. A symbol of life and positivity.

MRS SPINDLE the Robin

A wise old robin she is territorial and protective over her Nettlefold family, she understands her human friends and is extremely industrious. Robins have spiritual souls, just like the Spindle tree whose presence is a sign of ancient woodland. If only the trees could talk.

MISS HEATHER the Honey Bee

A hard-worker bee she is resilient and hardy, just like the heather she feeds from in the nearby fields.
