We aim to dispatch within 4 working days from you placing your order, via Royal Mail

If you need your order urgently please contact us and we'll do what we can to expedite the order and suggest you also request 'Guaranteed' delivery at the checkout.

We hope that you'll be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want or need to return it then you can do so within 28 days of delivery (dispatch).  The item will need to be returned in its original condition, as new and we will issue a full refund including the cost of the original postage, however unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the postage cost of returning the item(s).
